At the height of prosperity and the progress of civilization a small spark started a flame. A charming world filled with what we commonly refer to as "Stuffed Animals" Here living and breathing they formed a world not unlike our own. The Carnivores, having naturally held a elevated position above the Herbivores found themselves being set against by a band of Herbivores that called themselves the Broken Circle. It was the Broken Circles intention to overthrow the Carnivores and make the Herbivores the leaders of the nations. It was also their intentions to smooth out all the ruffled feathers that have been growing over the years. Seeking peace through peaceful resolutions the Broken Circle worked their way up the political ladder.
At first it was all political, the buercrates lobbying and
moving their pieces into position. Talks here, handshakes
there and a lot of bills put into the works. Years went by
with little to no advancement in their plan. Frustration
grew within the Broken Circle, patience had worn thin
and there were those that wanted to start taking action.
They were tired of sitting on the sidelines and waiting
for results. However little was done in response to the
slight divide in the Broken Circle. It was not until a
history teacher, that was working under the
Broken Circle, began staging unprovoked attacks,
without the Circles knowledge, on the Broken Circle
itself. He used these attacks, blaming them on
Carnivores unrest, and his knowledge of history to ignite the public to drive them into a frenzy. Quiet protests and political movements turned to riots and outrage. Many Carnivores and Herbivores were killed in the days that followed. The Broken Circle tried to calm things in a vain attempt at a peaceful resolution of the matter. The Historian, now going by the name Scholar Brown, made his move and took the Broken Circle and all of its resources in a hostile takeover.

Over the years the Broken Circle had obtained many resources. Brown was now at the command of nearly a quarter of the worlds resources. Immediately he instituted "new security measures". All Carnivores and non Circle members were to me marked with an RFID. They were to be tracked,
tagged, and recorded. All in the name of security. Brown
also instituted a small military presence in every city to
"help" the local police forces and control the "riots". The
people welcomed the safety and quick resolution of the
matters at hand. It seemed to them that all fighting had
stopped once Brown took office. Which it had, mainly on
the part that he had been secretly organizing all attacks on
both the Broken Circle and non Circle members alike. He
assured the people that this was just a temporary fix and that
normal life would resume shortly.

In the meantime Brown began instituting measures to bring
him to the top of the food chain. He created
"Processing Facilities" for those that were captured. Meant to "help" them by slow behavioral reprogramming. When in reality the prisoners that were taken there had all of their stuffing pulled. Once their stuffing was pulled they were to be Stuffed. The new stuffing made sure they acted according to Browns wishes and greater ideals. It turned nearly all beings into mindless zombies and automatons that followed Browns every command. At first he instituted the Stuffed back into civilization by putting them to work in the lowest of public jobs. Seeing the potential in this new "work force" Brown began making sweeps through the cities that he now controlled. He picked up Carnivores and Herbivores, at first for any crimes. Not long after an animal could be picked up for bogus crimes or even being a non Circle member and sent en-mass to his Processing Facilities. The public feared the Circle but embraced them as it seemed they were the only law that was able to keep them safe. A year or two passed as everyone walked on eggshells in fear of being boxed up, taken away, and Stuffed.

It was not until a brave new soul rose to through the ranks of the
people to oppose Brown and his facist tactics. A Squirrel by the name
of Spartan began surgical attacks on Browns defenses never staying
long enough for a fight. For the better part of 6 months the people saw
this rebel and his small band of resistance upset Browns order. Hope
was beginning to flutter back into the mouths of the public. With his
lightning strike force of 100 squirrels Spartan stung at Brown. They
were coined, The Invincibles as it seemed they could not be caught or
killed. It was however, short lived. In one fell swoop Brown organized
a trap and wiped out the 100 man team of Rebels. He had each of them Stuffed to be his private army, and Spartan stuffed to be his personal bodyguard. Seeing the fall crushed the peoples will and gave Brown reason to institue a full Military policing of all the cities under his control. He now controlled well over half of the known world.
